We make the original New York style bagel. We start with dough made from scratch using an original recipe. The dough is then placed into a bagel machine and then put on boards on a rack to proof. After the bagels are proofed, they go into our walk-in refrigerator where they sit overnight before baking. The baking process, starts with boiling the bagels, then we put them in the revolving oven and wait for the top of the bagels to dry before flipping them over to continue the bake. At Bagel Plus, our Bagels are all homemade. And it makes us proud to say we have the original New York Style bagel.
